Prayer Breakfasts

Magis takes great pride in its role in the Southern California Catholic Prayer Breakfasts. Hosted in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles and the Diocese of Orange, these have become important events in the annual Catholic calendar of both lay and religious people. Prayer breakfasts bring Catholics from throughout each diocese together in community to pray and celebrate our Catholic faith and provide an edifying keynote speech.

These prayer breakfasts allow business people to participate without a major disruption to their workday: the Rosary is at 6:30 AM, followed by Mass at 7:00 AM, and a breakfast program with a keynote speaker from 7:45 to 9:00 AM.

The prayer breakfast is a tribute to the Catholic faith and to those who follow its teachings and participate in its life of prayer. We hope other regions throughout the United States will join us by sponsoring and coordinating events such as this for Catholics to come together to celebrate their faith.
